JR believes in order to grow the leaders of tomorrow we need to grow the student leaders of today. By inspiring students to grow their leadership and influence, they can grow and inspire others. JR believes great leaders make great programs. 

JR has developed a leadership program that touches on all things relating to being an effective student leader. He presents the information in a hands-on way that not only promotes teamwork but allows the students to open their minds to the various concepts that make a good leader.

Upon request, arrangements can be made for JR to work with your group on growing their leadership capacity. Each leadership seminar will be customized to your group’s needs and time available. Time plays an important role on what information is presented and how it is presented.

JR is available for group sessions, both in person and virtual, as well as, individual and leadership team coaching. He also works with music educators themselves to develop the culture they envision and, as well as, develop leadership training programs. Each case will vary depending on your goals and availability.
